Steeped in history and hidden off the banks of the River Thames, Monkey Island is the perfect getaway. Unwind in one of our twenty-six welcoming rooms and suites while you take in stunning views of the river. Roam with the peacocks through four acres of landscaped gardens. Indulge yourself at the Pavilion Restaurant with its river views or the Terrace Bar overlooking the gardens. Sample our extensive wine list in the Monkey Room, the bar or on the terrace. In Summer enjoy afternoon tea, informal meals or drinks on the lawns.
Choose one of the following options to relax and get away from it all.
Mothering Sunday Weekend 13th-14th March
Arrive on Saturday in time for Afternoon Tea in the Terrace Bar or Monkey Room, followed by a Table d’hôte dinner in the Pavilion Restaurant and an overnight stay with a full English or Continental breakfast next morning.
On Sunday, 14th March we shall be serving a gourmet buffet lunch in the River Room overlooking the Thames from 12 noon to 2:30pm.
- Residential Package in a double room including Afternoon Tea on arrival, three-course Table d’hôte dinner in the Pavilion Restaurant and overnight accommodation, £179 for two.
- Residential package in a single room £110 per person
- Residential package including gourmet buffet lunch on Sunday, 14th March £229 for two, or £135 per person in a single room.
Two-Night Easter Break, 2nd and 3rd April
£150 per person
Arrive on Good Friday in time for Afternoon Tea in the Monkey Room followed by dinner in the Pavilion Restaurant. Enjoy a full English or Continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday either in your room or in the Restaurant, followed by a special Easter Buffet Lunch in the River Room on Sunday.
For a longer break, extend your stay to Sunday night at the special rate of £50 per room, on a room only basis
Winter Warmer Offer (1st October to 31st March)

Come and relax at Monkey Island. If you book two nights from 1st November to 31st March you may stay for a third night free.
Full English breakfast in our restaurant overlooking the River Thames is included. You will have time to visit Windsor Castle, Windsor Great Park and the Savile Gardens, take in a play, show or pantomime at the Theatre Royal in Windsor, go for a walk along the Thames, visit Eton, or go racing at Windsor or Ascot.
